Alcomet Takes Precautious Measures against COVID-19 in Shumen
Alcomet has donated BGN 100,000 to fund a charity campaign for combating COVID-19 in Shumen. The funds raised so far have reached BGN 222,025.
All monetary donations will be used to limit the spread of COVID-19 on the territory of the municipality: specifically to provide personal protective equipment and sanitizing solutions and supplies, distributed primarily to people in the most vulnerable profession fields. This will only be done by a resolution of the Municipal Crisis Staff and in complete transparency – a weekly public report will be issued on the receiv funds and expenditure made.
The “Help now” campaign has been established for the town of Shumen and a donation account has been opened. The initiative was launched by the brothers Krasen and Zhechko Kiurkchievi - owners of Ficosota and Tesy companies, in close partnership with the Municipality of Shumen.
